Our parcels are packed up with love by us (or our wonderful family and friends when we need an extra pair of hands). We try to pack and post items within 48 hours of receiving an order.

You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel has been dispatched and is with the courier.

Why does it matter what I use on my dogs skin?

Because their skin is more sensitive than ours and it absorbs what you put on it.

Many dog shampoos use harsh detergents that strip away natural oils, which can lead to itching, dry skin, and that “dog smell” coming back just days after a bath.

Switching to something gentler helps keep their skin calm, their coat healthier, and them more comfortable day to day.

What is your return policy?

We are confident that you will love our products but in the unlikely event you aren't happy with your order you have 30 days to return an item from when it’s delivered for a full refund as long as it’s unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.

Is this suitable for puppies and dogs with sensitive skin?

Our entire grooming range is suitable for puppies over 6 weeks old.

Our products are designed with sensitive skin in mind. Our carefully selected, high-quality natural ingredients like soothing oatmeal, calming aloe vera, and prebiotics to promote a healthy skin microbiome are all incredibly gentle

We intentionally exclude harsh chemicals, sulfates, parabens, and artificial colours, ensuring a truly mild and nourishing experience for even the most delicate skin.

How often should I wash my dog?

It varies! Unlike us humans, dogs don’t need daily washing. Generally, dogs need a bath every 1-3 months, or when they've gotten a bit grubby.

Factors like breed, coat type, activity level, skin condition and how much mess they find on walks all play a role!

For a quick refresh between full washes, a regular brush and a spray of our Nourishing Fluff Coat Mist can keep them smelling great and their coat smooth. Using our gentle, natural formulas ensures their skin and coat stay happy and healthy.

Why use a coat mist between baths?

Your dog’s idea of a great scent usually involves a good roll in something questionable which isn't as great for us. Our Nourishing Fluff Coat Mist refreshes between baths, with a gentle scent to reduce unwanted odours and leaving the skin moisturised and fur soft. A happy compromise!

The good fluff has earned a permanent spot in Toby’s grooming routine! We went for the ultimate grooming bundle and were so glad we did! The shampoo and conditioner has earned a permanent spot in our grooming routine. The strong but natural scent gives that fresh from the groomer smell and two pumps perfectly lathered up and rinsed away. With other brands we were using 1/4 of the bottle and scrubbing 2-3 to get the muck and stink out. So impressed and already looking forward to the next groom day!!

Omg this bundle smells absolutely delicious!!!!! My Lhasa apso has very sensitive skin and allergies so I am ways so cautious what I wash her with but The Good Fluff is amazing. Her fur is so soft after using the shampoo and conditioner , she is like a teddy bear!!! The oatmeal and honey mist scent lasts for days too! Cannot recommend this product enough! Received thegoodfluff products very quickly and in a nice package. I have used all the products on my dog and are so pleased with everyone of them , the smell is amazing and left my dogs coat soft and shiny .. love they are all natural products as that is so important to me knowing what I’m using on my dog, also having aluminium bottles is great so much better than plastic, plus they look great too ..After using different shampoos in the past on my dog this is by far the best , I will definitely be sticking with thgoodfluff products from now on ,
