Our Mission to Do Good

When The Good Fluff was first brought up, we knew one thing for certain, we wanted to create a business that did good and had a truly positive impact.

It started with Amy, one of our co-founders, during her travels through South America and South East Asia. Like many who visit these regions, she became aware of the true problem with street dogs – a sight we're often sheltered from back home in the UK. It was this that made Amy realise we had to do our part to support and give back to help those dogs in need.

Breaking the Cycle of Suffering: The Global Street Dog Crisis

It was sad to see puppies amongst the street dog populations, trapped in a cycle of suffering and overpopulation. We quickly understood that to truly tackle the global street dog problem, sterilisation is key and really is the most effective way to prevent further suffering and reduce overwhelming numbers.

The Happy Doggo Mission: Why We Support Them

During her time away, Amy was able to visit some dog rescue charities that do amazing work in their communities.

For a while now, we've also been closely following the inspiring work of Niall and his dedicated team at Happy Doggo. Their daily efforts to solve the global street dog crisis truly resonate with our mission, and we are incredibly proud to be able to help and support them.

Who are Happy Doggo?

Based in Koh Samui, Thailand, Happy Doggo goes beyond caring for the island's street dogs. They feed an incredible 1250 dogs daily, run numerous vital sterilisation programs with trusted partners across South East Asia, and actively educate local communities. It's a huge mission, packed with purpose, and we're honoured to help raise awareness for their charity and support their life changing work.
