Shipping policy
Standard delivery
- Our parcels are packed up with love by us (or our wonderful family and friends when we need an extra pair of hands). We try to pack and post items within 48 hours of receiving an order.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel has been dispatched and is with the courier.
- Standard delivery once the parcel is dispatched is 2 - 4 days (excluding bank holidays and weekends)
- Free UK delivery when your total spend at the checkout is £40 or more. Delivery costs on orders totalling £39.99 and below are calculated at the checkout.
- All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
All orders
- Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- If you have any queries regarding your order, please email us at hello@thegoodfluff.co.uk and include your order number so we can help you more quickly.
- We only ship to Mainland UK - unfortunately we do not ship to residents of the Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland at this current time. Any orders placed from these regions will be cancelled and refunded in full. If you are a resident in one of these areas please get in contact with us at hello@thegoodfluff.co.uk.
- Please double check your information at check out as we are not responsible for any information inputted incorrectly. We are unable to change this once the order has been shipped so please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Missed Deliveries & Returns
- If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost once the item is returned in its original condition.
- If you'd like the item re-sent, a new shipping fee will apply.
